BSA College of Engineering & Technology believes that each student is a valuable resource. The placement cell focuses on each student to maximize his/her career prospects and assists him/her in achieving the same. Students are placed through campus recruitment programs. The Training and Placement Cell is committed to fulfilling the dreams of all those who graduate from BSACET. The most primary objective of the placement cell is to place students in reputed companies. This is achieved through campus selections conducted in the college for which the students are trained in aptitude, technical understanding related to its core and soft skills. The Cell believes in overall development of the student’s personality, which will help them to achieve a rewarding career.

Training & Placement Department is also assisting students to upgrade their knowledge through the Workshops, Seminars, Educational shows, Guest lectures, Industrial visits and Corporate visits.

Training & Placement Cell

The mission of Training & Placement Cell is to provide world class training & employment opportunities to ASM Polytechnic students in leading organizations. ASM Polytechnic has a well-developed Training & Placement Cell headed by a Training & Placement Officer having good relationship with the industry.

Selection Procedures

On-Campus Recruitment : Selection is typically based on group discussions and/or personal interviews on campus. Organizations are requested to finalize a mutually convenient date for their visit to the campus well in advance. After the selection process, organizations are requested to announce the list of selected candidates on the campus itself.

Off-Campus Recruitment : Selection is typically based on applications made by students against specific organizational requirements. Organizations, which are unable to visit the campus, are requested to finalize the list of selected students and intimate the Placement Bureau of the same at the earliest. It is important to note that students apply to several organizations and once a student has accepted an offer he/she cannot accept any subsequent offers.
